A Glitch in the System
The morning's deliveries to 3-different stops went well with the exception of one major glitch. The workers who loaded the truck didn't clearly distinguish what the the first two stops received. Consequently, due to the ensuing confusion, I ended up bringing a portion of the load back to the warehouse in Milwaukee, WI. Everything will be sorted out so that the right location receives the right freight for delivery next week. Everyone seemed OK with what happened and we all had a good chuckle over everything (although I'm sure someone will here about the mess-up).

Except for a brief patch of fog in Minnesota, it was another great Spring day with colors beginning to show up in the foliage--even the bug splats on the windshield were colorful (post-impact that is). It's great to be able to enjoy the warmth of the day without bundled up in a winter jacket (or even a Spring jacket for that matter!).

Tomorrow, I'll be heading up to the Minneapolis, MN area in the wee hours of the morning for a delivery and then picking up a back-haul load for a brand new account. I should have just enough time to make it there and back again.
