Shadow Of Your Smile

So, we are to now expect another six weeks of winter as dicated by Punxsutawney Phil's latest forecast. Depending upon where you reside and of course your general feeling towards winter, this conjecture may or may not be quite disheartening to you.Winter_Shadow I, on the other hand, sitting here in my shorts, gazing out at a crystal blue sky and temperture reading of 72F, can think of a great many things worse than to merely endure another six weeks of this bliss. As I walk about my garden I, likewise, see my shadow stretch out before me, yet, unlike Phil,  I dare not run and hide. Instead, I marvel at the day and soak up the sunshine, its' light...its' warmth and inhale what only can be described as a wonderful, winter perfume.

Today's Quote:

The shadow of your smile when you are gone . . . will color all my dreams and light the dawn . . . Look into my eyes, my love, and see all the lovely things you are . . . you are to me!-Paul Francis Webster
