"This is not a religious war like the Civil War was not about slavery. When the enemy prays to God while slicing off the head of an innocent civilian, you bet your ass it's a religious war.
The ultimate goal of the terrorists is religious. It is the establishment of a pan-islamic state under religious rule according to shari'a law. It is the destruction of all jews. The Accidental Radio
"A self-organising electronic circuit has stunned engineers by turning itself into a radio receiver.
This accidental reinvention of the radio followed an experiment to see if an automated design process, that uses an evolutionary computer program, could be used to "breed" an electronic circuit called an oscillator. An oscillator produces a repetitive electronic signal, usually in the form of a sine wave."
These so called "engineers" need to bone up on radio theory but we won't get into that here. Makes you wonder though how many other "engineers" are wasting time discovering things that have been in books on dusty shelves for years. Over one hundred years in this case.

Eudora speared by massive security hole
"Highly popular e-mail program Eudora contains an "easily exploitable" hole that allows remote system access.
According to security experts Secunia and the person who discovered the hole, Paul Szabo, the hole can be exploited with no more than a malicious email containing an overly-long link (over 300 bytes).
With no patch - and no comment as yet by Eudora - the advice given by both Szabo and Secunia is simple: "Don't use Eudora." Both warn there are also other highly critical vulnerabilities in the software, including the fact that attachments can be spoofed and are also pre-extracted, making the spread of worms and viruses far more likely."
Once again I get to say I told you so. I have been preaching this for years and years. I knew the day would come when the Script Kiddies (I refuse to dignify what they do by calling them hackers) would get tired of messing Uncle Bill's hair and turn to others.
